Forgot to mention before but you need to click on the image to open up the full view of the skin. Then right click and save to a blog skin folder on your PC. You will then need to add to your photobucket account (or which ever one you use) to get the URL that is needed to add this image to your blog.
Need more help or a better explaintion just let me know.
I tried to save one in the style below as a PNG so you could add your own picture to the frames but.....for some reason it won't save with a transparent background. Not sure what I'm doing wrong but do have an idea so off to try out my idea.
